A former co-worker of mine is now a Team Manager at Convergys (CVG) in Commonwealth. They are looking for Technical Support Representatives right now. Here are the requirements.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
Candidate Profile
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to varying work hours
- Able to relate with customers courteously, and develop rapport
- Dependable and has good work ethic
- Pays attention to detail
- Is fluent in English and communicates effectively
- Able to solve problems creatively and effectively
Dimension & Scope
Interface with customers through inbound internet to solve problems and help the customer with products and services.
They are also looking for Customer Service Reps for other accounts but he is hoping to get more TSRs for his account.
The basic salary is 14750 but with allowances so it would add up to 19750. Plus rice allowance, HMO and health insurance. There are other bonuses but I don't know what they are.
